 A carbonated plum wine based on Kaga Umeshu. The pure and clean taste of Kaga Umeshu is tightened up with a refreshing carbonation. The base Kaga Umeshu is made using only Benisashiume plums from Hokuriku, which are slowly steeped in underground water from the sacred mountain Hakusan, using simple traditional methods. This is a high-quality, slightly carbonated plum wine from Hokuriku, where everything from growing the plums to steeping and bottling is done in the favorable environment of Hokuriku.
 It has been adopted as the in-car service drink for Gran Class on the Hokuriku Shinkansen, which opened on March 14, 2015.
